How do I sign up for GEOFLIXZPLUS?

You may sign up for GEOFLIXZPLUS using any of these methods and watch all FREE content:

  • Sign up with E-mail Address & Password

After submitting your details for Sign-Up, ensure to verify the email sent by GEOFLIXZPLUS in your Inbox to activate your account.

Available to Sign up with Social Login;

  • Sign up with Google
  • Sign up with Facebook

Note: to watch all content except premium pay per view content you must subscribe to the GEOFLIXZPLUS platform.

How do I subscribe to GEOFLIXZPLUS?

To subscribe, follow the steps listed below:

  • Login to GEOFLIXZPLUS and click on "Subscribe"
  • Select and click on the Subscription Plan of your choice.
  • Make the payment as per your preferred subscription plan.

How do I change my existing password?

To change your existing password, follow the steps listed below:

  • Login first
  • Click on "Menu"
  • Click "Change Password"

How do I change my email address or Name?

To change your email address or Name, follow the steps listed below:

Why are some contents not available from my region?

Some contents have been restricted viewing from certain locations due to geographical restrictions.

Are all the videos in HD?

We offers videos in 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p and 1080p

Can I cancel my current subscription?

Yes, you may cancel your current subscription at any point in time. Since we do not process refunds, you would still have access to content until your current subscription period lapses.

When does my subscription end?

To check when your subscription ends, login to https://www.geoflixzplus.com/ go to Settings and click on My Transactions.

How can I add a video or music video to my Watch List?

To add a video or music video to your Watch List, on the video or music video details page, click on the "Add to Watch List" option. To view your complete Watch List, click on "Menu."

How do I enable subtitles?

  1. Click on the video you wish to watch.
  2. Once the video starts streaming, you will find a "Settings" symbol at the bottom right corner. Click on that.
  3. You will find an option "Subtitles," then click on English.

Note: Some titles may not support Subtitles.

Does GEOFLIXZPLUS offer HD resolution videos?

We allow you to change the resolution while watching content up to 1080P manually.

However, while you can watch it in "auto" mode, which would auto adjust the resolution depending on the internet speed, you can also manually change the resolution as you please.

Can I access all the videos by subscribing to GEOFLIXZPLUS?

Subscribers to GEOFLIXZPLUS will have unlimited access to all videos and live streams except premium content. There will be limited premium content that is not available to subscribers of GEOFLIXZPLUS.Content will be available for the period of time defined in the Subscription Plan you selected.

How is my usage calculated?

There is unlimited usage. You will be billed when subscribing for the number of days defined in the selected subscription plan.

Can I stream from the App if I pay using the website?

Payments are not device-specific. Whichever compatible device you subscribe from, you would be able to access the contents from the other compatible devices using the same subscribed login method.

How do I know my Billing History?

To view your Billing History, follow the steps listed below:

  • Login first
  • Click on the "Menu"
  • Click on "My Transaction"
